Your Mission

  • Build an Enterprise Master schedule that will involve multiple business areas and provide to the C-Suite executive team which will allow them to make business decisions going forward
  • Use the Enterprise master schedule to resolve resource conflicts across the company
  • Provides expertise and oversight for the PMO
  • Provide program schedulers with day-to-day hands-on support, guidance, troubleshooting, and satisfying programmatic requirements
  • Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated
  • Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to DCMA 14-point, IPMR DI-MGMT-81861o Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Perform Critical Path Analysis
  • Conduct Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis
  • Provides weekly status and reporting
  • Perform (SRA) schedule risk analyses and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
  • Engage with the Program Team to perform thorough project analysis showing knowledge and understanding of the program and the principles of EVMS and suggests/creates/implements work around to enhance cost and schedule performance.
  • Understand numerous facets of scheduling and contribute to the development of new scheduling concepts, techniques, and standards.
  • Provide interface/support to program office, IPT leads/CAMs and less experienced schedulers to achieve program objectives.
  • Support new business proposal providing recommendations on schedule methodologies and proposal strategies and develop an IMP and IMS.
  • Ability to create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership
  • Support/coordinate internal and external surveillance audits
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies
  • Provide support to bids, bid reviews, and internal projects
  • Advise PP&C managers in integrating project schedules with Earned Value Management
  • Responsible for all scheduling items for integrated baseline reviews
  • Advise on integrated project master reports

What you bring

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of hands-on experience in Program Planning / Scheduling utilizing Microsoft Project or PRIMAVERA OR a Master's degree with 13 years of experience.
  • Demonstration of a strong understanding of project management and earned-value management principles and their application to complex projects.
  • Experience in applying integrated cost/schedule and critical path methodologies within an Earned Value (EVMS) environment
  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering development environment.
  • Working knowledge of Integrated Master Plan (IMP)
  • Familiarity with Cost/Schedule Integration
  • Experience leading teams Experience using a Monte Carlo schedule risk simulator such as Oracle Primavera Risk Analyzer or Acumen R
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs (MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word) and Milestone Professional
  • Perform in a fast paced, frequently changing, and demand driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excel macro/VBA skills
  • Familiarity with Earned Value tools
  • Experience in Aerospace
