Your Mission

Program Planning & Control Analyst

 

Essential Functions

  • Contributes to set up of cost control system, monitors costs and schedules on contracts
  • Contributes in analyses and report preparation in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and cost control guidelines
  • Contributes to preparation of budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis
  • Supports preparation of program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled
  • Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections
  • Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines

What you bring

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of cost/schedule management and/or business-related experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year of stated experience
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office or Primavera

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Earned Value Management
