Your Mission

  • Work with Talent Acquisition leadership to build and maintain operational and strategic Talent Acquisition metrics and reports, including scheduled and ad hoc reports.
  • Design, develop, and manage Talent Acquisition dashboards.
  • Generate actionable insights using metrics and dashboards to optimize and inform the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Develop data-driven analysis to support strategic decision making for HR initiatives.
  • Engage and collaborate across all business units.
  • Collaborate with members of HR to identify, standardize and implement data & analytics solutions, including enhanced tools and process improvements

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics or Computer Science
  • 1 year of related experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in an analytics role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel; Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking (iCIMS preferred) and/or HRIS systems experience.

ITAR Requirements

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15) or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
