The Spaceship Company (TSC) is an affiliate of Virgin Galactic as a space-system manufacturing organization.

Who You Are
As the Learning System Coordinator, you will maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) database, work with Trainers and Training Developers to upload materials and build visibility on training opportunities in the LMS and scheduled live workshops. This role is for a person with great attention to detail and excellent people skills.  The first task of this role will be to quickly learn and understand Ultipro Learning (TSC’s LMS), build relations with the various trainers and developers, and learn the processes of the LMS and training material. 

Your Mission

  • Input and Data Maintenance of Ultipro Learning System
  • Work with Trainers to create Courses and Events in Ultipro Learning
  • Entry of Attendance Rosters in Ultipro Learning
  • Develop and execute communication for upcoming required and/or voluntary training opportunities
  • Entry of legacy/past courses, material, and attendees
  • Develop Ultipro Learning Reporting for Metrics
  • Collect, scan, and organize all training rosters for record and State Funding Program
  • Scheduling for People Development Team meetings and functions (Time, Date, and Location)
  • Ordering of Material and Food for live Training Workshops

What you bring

Professional Requirements

  • 1-2 years of data entry and schedule maintenance experience
  • Experience with Ultipro Core and Ultipro Learning a plus
  • Intermediate level with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent Customer Service Acumen
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by the ITAR (22 CFR §120.15)
