Who You Are

Virgin Galactic is looking for highly energetic, ambitious, passionate students to join our team as interns during the Summer of 2018. You will be creative, innovative and share in our passion for opening space. The knowledge and skillsets required to be successful will be demonstrated through extensive coursework and participation in related projects and extracurriculars.

 

For approximately 12 weeks you will be immersed in our incredible culture and work on challenging and meaningful projects that directly relate to company goals. The hands-on experience you will gain along with opportunities to engage with our exceptional executives, engineers and other professionals will be incredibly valuable in shaping the foundation for your future.

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3.5 GPA strongly preferred.
  • A strong track record of leading project teams at school, work or in the community.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability and desire to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, applicants must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15).
