Who you are
Virgin Galactic is seeking an experienced Compensation and Total Rewards Partner to oversee our compensation and benefits, areas, with some additional project support on relocation processes. The ideal candidate would have experience in all three areas (strongest experience within compensation is desired) while having the ability to thrive in a culture where creativity and being detailed-oriented go hand in hand.
Location: Starts in Mojave, CA with an anticipated relocation to Las Cruces, NM (May be flex for right person)
