Who you are
TSC is seeking an engineer with experience in stress analysis of aerospace components and systems. Experience with solid or hybrid rocket motor propellant, liner, insulation, case and nozzles, or valves, lines, COPV’s and pressurized systems. Ideally this candidate will have experience with fatigue, fracture, modal and random vibration analysis. In addition experience with flight hardware, component qualification/substantiation, material testing and rocket motor qualification and acceptance is a plus. Candidate will also be comfortable working in a hands on environment, and must have a strong sense of accountability.
You must be interested in advancing the state of commercial space technology, specifically ground breaking, cost effective, passenger carrying, rocket propulsion systems. The Virgin Galactic spaceline is counting on TSC to set the gold standard for safety, reliability and performance.
